Corporate Team Building Activities UK

Teambuilding that inspires staff to face challenges, cerebral and physical, then plan and work together to one end. Innovative team -building programmes to bring out individual qualities, Communication , Decision Making , Delegation, Ice Breaker , Leadership , Planning , and Problem Solving .

Team Development / Team Motivation Programmes

Our learning and development programmes are second to none.  Delegates return to work feeling motivated, enthusiastic, and better equipped to manage others and perform strongly in their teams.  We know that people learn best by doing and that they are fully motivated only when they are stretched, trusted, and empowered.

We also know that unless they gain a real sense of their achievements and have fun doing it nothing really changes when they get back to work.

We can customise each one of our packages as much or as little as you want, or brief us and we will build a totally unique programme for your team.

Da Vinci Code

The Da Vinci code is losely based on the Dan Brown novel, teams must work out who murdered the museum's curator.  Early on, the teams will discover that the curator was a member of a secret society.  Teams plan their own investigations of the museum artefacts in an attempt to be the first team to discover the identity of the murderer.
Circulation Wars

This is a competitive activity which gets teams working together.  Groups can trade between themselves which encourages networking opportunities and creates a real talking point following the intervention.  Teams must be successful in trading commodities but also in constructing a giant tower.  There is a role for everyone which means that the whole team can become engaged in the same activity.  Each person will find their own 'niche' and teams who allocate roles and teams who have a good mix of skills in their group will traditionally do well.  Circulation Wars was divised for the Daily Mail.
Mulity Activity Days

Quad Bikes, Hinda Pilots, Racer Rally Karts, Reverse Steer Jeep Driving, Two Seater Power Turns, Laser Shooting/Clay Shooting, Archery or Crossbow, Air Pistols/Rifles, Blindfold 4x4 Drives .

Corporate Golf Events

We organise everything from finding the right location; checking out the golf courses; booking the accommodation and meals; reserving tee-times, right down to typing up an itinerary and trying to fit everything into a budget.Just give us a brief and we will provide a comprehensive proposal.

The Labtrinth

Working in competitive teams, the aim is to complete as many ‘journeys' as possible, within the time allowed. Each ‘route' carries with it a ‘challenge' and a number of points. The team that accumulates the highest score is the winner. The scale and type of ‘challenges' available are unlimited, determined only by your participants, your needs….and your budget.

Rolling Thunder

Six teams complete head to head for an hour on the banked oval raceway event that requires teamwork, strategy and co-ordination. Each team has a race car, and a console. 10K of fun money and information sheets are issued per two people. After a 20 minute practice session the race begins….More fun and challenging than you can ever imagine! .

The Wider Picture

The Main Message is a graduated team challenge affecting each person, each table, each group of tables and ultimately everyone in the room. If everyone in the room work consistently together you will discover not only what the main message is, but also how it will impact on you in the future.

Team Chellanges

The group would be split down into teams .Each team will then be challenged with finding and completing four exercises that will draw on the teams mental and physical abilities together with teamwork, communications and sense of humour. The exercises will be spread across a 90-acre site, which means the teams must use map and compass to find their way around..
A wide variety of exercises can be selected depending upon the physical ability of the group.

Plumers Nightmare

A ball must be floated to the top of a tube. The only water available is located 20 yards away. Equipment includes pipes, channels, ropes and poles.

Chasm Crossing

A 20-foot wide chasm must be traversed using limited equipment. There is only one safe way of achieving this - jumping is not allowed! This task needs a great deal of lateral thinking!

Cross Roads

Four platforms are connected via narrow metal poles raised off the ground. Team members start on one platform and must transfer to another. Careful balance and full utilisation of all team members is required.

Empire Crate Building

The team is equipped with 50 milk crates with which they must form the tallest tower possible. The tower must hold the weight of one team member at its summit (they are connected to a safety line for when the tower eventually falls over). .

Human Sheep

Blindfolded team members must collect a selection of coloured skittles and balls from a corral. A five-minute planning session is allowed as once in the enclosure the only communication allowed is via whistle, duck or crow calls. .

Minefield

A colleague guides blindfold team members through a maze of trip wires and pressure pads. If a mistake is made a detonation is triggered and that team member is eliminated. The objective is to get as many through as possible.

Moon Walk

The team is equipped with 50 milk crates with which they must form the tallest tower possible. The tower must hold the weight of one team member at its summit (they are connected to a safety line for when the tower eventually falls over). .

Nuclear Hazard

The team is confronted with a barrel containing toxic waste. They must lift the barrel and pour the contents into a nearby receptacle but they may approach no closer than the marked boundary.

Poles Apart

Using planks, barrels and rope the team must construct a craft capable of circumnavigating the island in the middle of a pond. Having two or three teams competing at the same time adds to the enjoyment.

Spiders Web

In front of the team stands a web seven foot tall and eight-foot wide. The team must get from one side of the web to the other without making contact. A large spider patrols the web adding restrictions to the team's movement. Virtually a three-dimensional game of chess.

Tin Can Alley

Eight tins must be retrieved using a grapple hook and a series of control ropes. The team is blindfolded and birdcalls are the only form of communication.

Titanic

Water must be transported using a rolling platform fitted with a seat - one team member wears a specially modified helmet and is hauled along by the remainder - a scene reminiscent of ancient Egypt - only wetter!

UBX

A large unexploded bomb must be defused before the timer reaches zero. The bomb must be recovered from its resting-place and defused. Nerves of steel are required for this task.

Air Rifle Scrabble

After a team practice, each player must shoot at the alphabet target, any letters hit are then used to make as many words as possible on the board to achieve a team score.

Hamster Wheels

These giant wheels can be raced on land & water, two teams can compete against each other racing the course in a team relay race. .
